Something stinks today

Cad REITs have not been trading normally past 2 days. BIG dives yesterday for some names and continued bleed for all today

So many of my reits today followed the exact same charts even TNT on 7k volume. ur trying to tell me a computer isnt behind this endless drop

I honeslty cant rationalize this anymore.

VNQ is up a full 1% today and every reit I own is notching fresh 6 month lows and in free fall.  Whether its healthcare reit, small cap, or favorites like SRU/RIOCAN. they just sink.  how is ...more

XRE is dropping even harder while VNQ is moving up more.  This is literally wall street robbery here

Today yet again underscores how something "stinks"

VNQ up 0.80% and XRE down 0.4%, just like yesterday.  If its the tariffs why is NWH (healthcare reit) and HR sinking

The trade is RED no matter what wall street or news comes in.   thats all it is.  How can you buy if your lucky you get a few cent gains, but really hard to come by

FOURTH LEG DOWN.  They likely going to ping the june low exactly thats what the traders are going for.

Dyfunction is not ending man.

Tells me theres a trade planned....maybe its the trump tariffs maybe its the 5% 10 yr but they are going to keep going at it until theres covid fire sale prices and lower

As of right now

VNQ has outperformed XRE +2.5% in the past 2 days.   The CAD tsx names are not being touched with a 10foot pole

So I had the opportunity to dump tons of PMZ, and artis, and HR at $11.60 with my big sell orders getting filled instantly, now 20% lower, and they cant move up more than a few pennies? wall street ...more

XRE opents at $14.73

Now red 14.57 And shortly after with most cad reits just dropping on no volume.  June lows 37 cents lower.   Probably tomorrow is the CPI bath
