No more bad cpi nonsense.  Need three good ones in a row and a nice cut by Oct, which the market will price in over the summer.   The real VERDICT will be on Nov 5 by the people ...more

Correct me if I'm wrong but PCE data never shook the markets like cpi given its interred correlation.

I don't think central banks throwing some cookie crumb cuts will do much for reits that's why there not rallying.  What we need is irrefutable ugly economic data and deflation that causes ...more

I think Biden is getting it- release bad data and let yields tank.   Next do jobs and CPI and we get cuts.  that simple. Now if we can build momentum on the PCE data it will be good ...more

Artis to reclaim $7-8 when it can't even more up 1 penny over $6.50 on a very weak US GDP number and 700m in asset sales exepcted to close that can fund a SIB/NCIB

Sector just got oversold diving hard and best sru and riocan can do is 0.5% up.  Not even making up yesterday's losses
