I cant figure this out anymore

VNQ rallying 1%+ and all CAD reits flat or up pennies.  SRU keeps going down with 8.5% yield.  WHHHHHHHHHHY

REITS CONTINUE TO BE A LOOSE/LOOSE TRADE

Sink with bonds or equity markets.   So basically 90% of the time.  perfect hedge for every scenario, thats why all big funds are likely just s horting these dawgs
