A couple weeks ago HR caught a solid earnings bid with 600k volume one day as it rallied for 3 sessions in a row or up 5%.  2 weeks later its back at $9 and trading sideways and dead again. how ...more

VNQ rallying 1%+ and all CAD reits flat or up pennies.  SRU keeps going down with 8.5% yield.  WHHHHHHHHHHY

REITS CONTINUE TO BE A LOOSE/LOOSE TRADE

Sink with bonds or equity markets.   So basically 90% of the time.  perfect hedge for every scenario, thats why all big funds are likely just s horting these dawgs

Oil went nowhere in May so I dont see how thee number would be too bad.   Oil looks like it wants to breakdown. Hopefully OPEC throws a curveball and deoesnt extend output cuts. CRUDE ...more
