VNQ technical analysis

I'm no expert but it looks like when it gets the green light it'll make a big one day move up surpassing Dec highs.  84 now and needs to break above 88.  That can happen in a week.  

Cad reits by default will need to get going if this happens. 

Can it happen with next jobs or June cpi plummeting 10 year back towards 3.xx%

Basically I see it as holding up strong an important trend line within striking distance of a break out trade. I see xre has going into the dumpster and free fall
