At 5.10. Amaking money here for almost a year now. Lots left from mid to low 4's that I'm holding and a bit to go on my premature 5.38 on the drop. Easier here to make money then whine about

I think MRT has taken the largest hits to FMV "BY FAR" in 2020 of any REIT in Canada I have looked at. It is required by IFRS, BUT the NOI and cap rate
