the $3.00 unit (1 sh + 1 wrt) is really comprised of  1 sh @ $2.75 + 1 wrt @ $0.25 (approx.)  So MMCAP can sell the shares down to $2.75 and still be happy holding $0.25 wrts. Fire Poet' ...more
