The ball is in their court.

Obviously GENEL wants all of CHIA.   However, it is more likely that LFD management wants LFD out of CHIA.   I suspect, no one can not stop other bidders offering a higher price for LFD ...more

most here are upset at management. LFD, VST< WZR, etc - these are risky exploration plays. Perhaps things could have been handled differently, but companies like Genel are sharks; LFD, little fish  ...more

Sounds like LFD management

Sold out a little too early.  Even Exxon is picking up anything it can sign.  LFD really dropped the ball.  The big hitters coming in and LFD loses half what it invested.  I just ...more

unfortunately there is another negative implication, i believe.  if we got $.23, the stock would be near $.23 and stockholders could sell the stock and have a capital gain or a capital loss ...more

The vote to the share holders should be only two choices. A  } we close shop and all share  holders get .23 less a couple bucks for accounting and lawyers B  }  you get a  .10 ...more
