There is currently a lot of copper coming onto the market with new mines opening up... combined with low demand from China the result is lower valuations for copper mines... imho this will change once ...more

You may be right but I still think there could be an issue with a Chilean co taking over a huge US resource that could be considered strategic going forward. It is still early days for this project ...more

Is has nothing to do with being smarter than Anto or DM management. DM management can quite simply line their pockets with some nice options anytime they want and so why would they bother putting ...more

All very mysterious. The deal says that ANTO can buy 25% based on Bankable Feasibility Study valuation but is there anything that prohibits them from buying 25% now and none at the higher price when ...more

I went back to the original jv agreement in 2010....here it is........Joint Venture Terms Duluth will contribute the Nokomis Project and approximately 5,000 acres in the Duluth Complex for a 60 ...more

My theory on that is that they don't want to own it outright as they might come under scrutiny as a non American co that owns a major (strategic?) asset in the US. Far easier to let DM and Twin ...more

 With respect to spelling, Dunkin Donuts and timbits not only increase waste but also waists. Anto could pick up their additional 25% ? for a song wonder why they don't bother ?
