There's no liquidity in the stock.  90% of the shares are held by insiders and early investors.  Small volumes swing the price every day.  Too risky.

August and September it floated between 35 and 40 cents (slight improvement over early summer). Then there was a flury of news around October 1- none of which moved the project closer to being built ...more

Whoever is managing their SEDI fiings is doing a very sloppy job.  Information on insiders, especially the share ownership balance, is inconsistent.
