They managed to get Feb 2022 year end filed. They also got the first quarter of 2023 filed as well.  That's some progress. They have strapped on a bunch more debt in the process.

Clear out everything

Maybe that is why they kept issuing one week at a time , to totally clear off everything and leave the sharholders with a bag of air.... well done by them in sucking us all in.

Well there may be a clue in the fact that when you call the phone number in the January 17 press release it doesn't work.  The line appears to be dead. Maybe they are all working from home. & ...more

I've seen it as quick as a few days, but this one might be longer. They need to get the May, August and soon November quarters filed too.

Any idea how long it takes them to re-instate after receiving financials? So when is your best guess as to when I can sell this dog and get my early season tax loss

The regulators do not have to accept the filing. The filing is just made.  They will get involved reviewing what is filed and may choose to allow trading or not. It's about that simple.
