Look at volume and higher asks on cadmf keep in mind that in theory the PP becomes free tradable next thursday. Think they are waiting for the end of this quarter

This tells me an offering at $0.07 usd ($0.007 pre reverse split). Then in 4 months, cds & co IMO will buy them

Something is brewing based on $0.0911. My guess an offering in the usa at $0.07 when factoring a 25% discount.
