There was a surprise which leaked or was at risk of leaking.  Since PR's require 24 hours for approval, the halt is necessary if everyone's trying to be honest.  My guess is good ...more

Silver was a lot higher at the time of the raise and market sentiment was a lot different.

Was just checking and saw that Def raised nearly $12 Million 12 months ago @90 cents! What gives with this Company...now being at just over 30cents? Can anyone tell me? Thanks....
