Last year Lake Shore was sold for $ 950 MM and was producing 45 000 oz/quarter or 180 000 oz/year In this morning release  Fosterville at 46 083 oz...for the Q1(same as LSG).valuation =$ 950 MM ...more

No. If POG goes from $1200 to $1350, the cost to produce 1 oz. will not change if grade % and access is not changed. Also, with the C and A $ lower vs US$, this should benefit KL numbers in year ahead ...more

cost reduction equivalent to C$1850 POG ounce at fosterville

fosterville operating costs per ounce have been slashed by over $150 ounce. whether costs are reduced by C$150 or POG increased by C$150, the bottom line result is the same.
