I used the overshadowing to add to my position. Started with the Wilkes brothers and buying on the dip. The results were great and they have prominent marketshare. Likely M&A coming with Wilkes ...more

2022 Q1 Results

The results were better than I thought with revenues in Canada tripling and US side doubling compared to 2021 Q1.  The industry funadamentals looks strong and the company is definitely benefiting ...more

I agree there's a huge amount of insiders with large positions and none of them are selling guessing someone got a bit of insider info and was picking up as much as they could.

Seems likely... insiders got 30M shares last week at .70c with a 1/2 share at 0.85/share within 12 months.. cannot lose and a nice bump today on no news... Someone knows something !! Go Cathedral Go ! ...more

It's like a small IPO to inject money into the company.  The market reacted rather negatively which is expected, but the $0.70 price could be looked at positively as a bottom for the share ...more

Shares outstanding in 2018: 49 million. Shares outsanding now is way higher. Not at all the same deal when you buy shares today vs in 2018. No use making a direct comparison.

For this acquisition they diluted shareholders yet again. The previous CEO was more conservative.
