yes, correct + if you are a shareholder at a certain date before (ex-entitlement date) you will also recieve 0,375 2014 warrant per common share

well sure these strikes are a concern, but let`s face the facts here: Premier Royalty is so undervalued compared to it`s peers (RGL/FNV/SSL) that it could even if it completely loses this royalty ...more

We have the same thoughts, its kind of scary LOL. I suggested them last week to spin off the royalties. You need to sell your goods when the prices are hot. I would have opted for a spin off of the ...more
