dividends in an amount of $0.04583 per Preferred share to yield 5.5% per annum on the $10 repayment amount and to return the $10 repayment amount to their holders on the termination date. Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

Yes, this is normal. I too have TD and called years ago about this. This will occur every time the US market is open and Canadian markets are closed. It will reset as soon as trading resumes here

DFN unit nav in realtime @ approx: $16.45
So value of the common shares are $6.45 and last trade @ $6.19 means the discount is 26 cents or about 4 %.

This is a split fund, and the UNIT NAV is made the value of the holdings plus cash. So quite easy to keep track of the UNIT NAV daily. Or get a close estimate.

DFN has gained about 17 cents in UNIT NAV since sept 30, and with the last trade @ $6.09 the discount on those common shares would be 25 cents of about 3.9%.. DF commons carry 12 cents more in

Showing a gain of only 15 cents now, and unfortunately had a big holding in TD, which has taken a hit today. DF holdings doing much better and are up over 18 cents since sept 30. TD weighted lower
