DFN unit nav Jumps to $15.66 before dist...AUG 23

Showing a gain of 20 cents since AUG 15... and commons are valued at $5.66 before dist... DF now showing the exact same UNIT NAV...

DFN unit nav to AUG 22 = approx: $15.53

So bounced back later in the day, and ended up with a bit more gain in UNIT NAV, now up about 7 cents on the week.  Commons valued at $5.53 before dist...

SHowing a gain of 5 cents on the spreadshett as MFC and X went ex divvy ... Commons now valued at $5.51 before distributions.

DFN unit nav to AUg 20 = approx; $15.48

Showing a gain of only 2 pennies since the  AUG 15 udpate. DFN commons with a value of $5.48 before distributions  at monthend  are factored in. DFN commons closed at $5.28 today.

QUADRVST update to AUG 15 = $15.46

So spreadsheet was 4 pennies high... not sure where i went wrong , but i suspect some covered calls may have occurred . At any rate i adjusted down the NAV and todays unit nav would be $15.53.

DFN unit nav to AUG 19 = approx: $15.58

SO trading at a very reasonable valustion considering that the NAV is just above the 15 $ threshhold. DF is DFN's competition now as both carry the same 20 stocks in varying weightings. Right now ...more

Quadravest almost always uses the 15th of the month as the calculation date for paying to commons shares. The UNIT NAV is the important number, dont worry where the preferreds are as they always get a ...more
