Now showing a penny gain since Nov 15th, and that values the common shares @ $10.63 BEFORE dist... Last sale @ $9.75 means it is discount 88 cents or about 8.27% . After distributions it would be of

Maybe yesterday .. but there are a few with big discounts.. LFE i think is around the same level as FTN today.. at over 8% .. and DF i believe as well is close to that today..  LBS was over 8

So bounce back end of the day in the CAD holdings for sure, and a few US Holdings got into green. The loss is 13 cents since the 15th update. Last sale @ 9.62 means the discount is 87 cents or about 8

FTN unit now in realtime @ about $20.42 , and showing a loss of 20 cents from the level @ Nov 15th. Commons carry a value of about $10.42 and with the last trade @ $9.62, the discount now @ 80 cents

Outlook for interest rates is down, so outloook for banks is up. Makes FFN & FTN safer than usual.

Today both are up over 1% , despite  declining navs  as the US banks selloff  abit again , but being helped today  slightly by the dropping CAD. We knew that as exdivvy date

Wow congrats to you. My TFSA is stuffed with BBD and has more than doubled but no divy. You have the gain plus a healthy monthly income stream. I'm looking for another double than will dump

ONLY  when there is uncertainty, like before the election.. or some economic realities put fear into the trades. TRUMP's  huge win changed the dynamics of many of the holdings. OIL/gas

You say that u go to cash after ex divi day. Do you always do that even when it is trading at a huge discount.

Wow that makes my TFSA look really small, but I am limited to adding to it now , as I am outside of Canada for more than 6 months of the year.  Used some of my TFSA  proceeds for buying

Shares 42000 of which are in TFSA so the monthly divi is 11564..... now approaching 1.70 in capital gains..". Looking good.
