Nothing puzzling, look at their free cash flow and earnings and you know why the share price keeps declining. No comparison at all to other midstream companies, utilities or oil producers in Canada.

The share consolidation through the reverse split is a minor issue compared to the major issue of the debt restructuring. There is a lot of work to be done to fix the credit facilities so that this is ...more
