Something is definately up with ARN but to use Zeus math they should fetch 31% over lowest price of .34 for ta takeout price of .45....absurd just like an offer of $2.85 for TOL. Management and board

Completely agree LTS will not let their shares go for such a low ball offer. Management has obviously sold everyone out here as they hold little shares but get a nice payday on options and termination

-do not own shares of TOL but do own LTS -67% shareholder approval needed for this deal to happen-cant see this getting approval-LTS owns 19% and doubt they would approve the deal-this offer seems
