100,000 in my case. We did get screwed, and every CEO knows it, that is how they get rid of existing SH. So it will start at 0.14, soon after it will drop to 0.07 then they will announced a PP at 0.05 ...more

The property is already a JV and I believe there will be one last payment to conclude their agreement or it has already been done like 2 years ago.
