If u pick b what scenario would cause you to recieve less than the 24%. No shareholder would have priority even if they picked ,39.

tO make sence out of this deal pick option 3 you will know for sure what you will recieve . Choose 1 or 2 option and its not so sure what you will recieve. So read the letter. jmo. Too funny.

Thanks for the info. I guess we will get the cash/shares even if u elect the shares only.  Surprised company would rather not have the cash but it is expensive at the current rnx price.

Thank you Horta. That explains a lot. Looks like we will get the cash and shares. Would have thought the company would want the cash but I guess it is too expensive share wise.

Sorry I do not see how one persons stupid actions impacts others. That makes no sense. Someone takes A with 100 shares will have no barring on the rest of the 130m.

Just so that everyone is clear.  Unless someone out there elects for Alternative A (cash option), Alternative B (RNC share option) won't happen.  It is very highly unlikely that anyone ...more
