Canadians can own US stocks. My shares are held on the Nasdaq myself not the TSX. You have a long term play you won't be charged out given whatever the SP is at the time and kicked out of the play ...more

Correct me if I’m wrong but if the merger takes place then Aphria stock will be cashed out on the Canadian side so there is no long term play, we just get whatever the sp is at the time, and all this ...more

They owned Natura High Park in Leamington that they paid 80 million for. They shuttered it as part of their cost savings plan. They no longer grow in Leamington. Aphria however has Aphria Diamond a ...more
