You are probably right, ct. If he owns more than 10% of the company however, and he is not in favour of a consolidation, could he not vote against it, if he wanted to?

I could be wrong but looks like he bought the bulk of his shares before Monday (on Friday the 10million or so RBC buys). The reverse split was announced Monday. There was a late day add that I think ...more
