I feel your frustration, as it really doesn't make any sense. As a pure lumber play IFP should be benefiting the most from surges in lumber prices. No they don't produce the most lumber

By the way a multiple of 2.75 is very conseravtive as CIBC's $54 price target is based on 2022 EBITDA of $760 and a multiple of 4.25. They're forecasting net cash to be 238 by the end of 2021.

Anyone here following the short data for IFP? It does not seem to be significant which likely means that even those who play short don't believe that lumber prices will drop any time soon.
