RE:What would be a conservative takeover value of NeuLion?

When looking at the potential incremental growth, which seems very strong, a 1 year valuation at $2.15,  a buyout would have to be around $4 or $5 IMO.

What would be a conservative takeover value of NeuLion?

Share price is hovering in the dollar range plus or minus 20 cents for such a long time... Hard to pinpoint a value on this stock should a takeover occur.

RE:RE:RE:Up 14% in early morning trading

I would think you'd want to buy a company before it booms or the premium you pay becomes a lot higher....

RE:RE:RE:Up 14% in early morning trading

Not so sure about that. Neulion would love to sell at a higher share price, but a smart buyer is looking for lower price. Lets just hope it can hold through end of day and onwards.....

RE:RE:Up 14% in early morning trading

That's my thoughts too.  Buyout down the road once revenue starts to boom.
