I think charts do apply however the sp is much more sensitive to any bad/good news. The thing with AJC is that there was a lot of buying in the 0.085-0.09 range and now we will most likely trade at

Pay attention to what happened starting March last year. Now zoom to the StochRsi(140) and look what is happening - finally breaking out of the dull drums that it has stagnated in since October 2010

We have some work to get through 0.10 but I think if we push through this time we won't be seeing 0.085 again.
