The deal isn't approved until it is voted on at the August shareholder meeting. And some people are trying to make a "guaranteed" 0.02$ on big volume by holding for barely 2 months.

Not sure I fully understand this either. If the deal gets approved then the company will be wholely owned by Mitsubishi and PMI and the regular/retail shareholders would have been compulsorily ...more
