Since the offer was announced 5.6 million priority shares or about 15% of the priority shares have traded.  Starting to look like another potential bidder.  Why else would anyone pay more ...more

It was also a  person/entity with  CIBC account that came in late Friday and drove the price up with strong buying the last hour or two. It is hard to believe that the board/management did ...more

I would too accept a 10 $ / share offer. I think this compagny can produce way more than 10 $ but "EASY" 10 $ / share is still as it's says... easy...

The EBITDA on 5 year plan seems tad low

On page G22, you can see the EBITDA projected for the next 5 years. Roughly looks like it will average 100 M$ per year...thats pretty darn good. Here is the problem, they reported a 40 M$ EBITDA in ...more

Through creative GC accounting, they manged $ 150 M$ in impairments, not including the recent 30 M$ this quarter. Amaxing how quick they can test for impairment, but can't seem to figure out how ...more
