How close to margin call are you at this point? Holding just REITs is not diversified enough so Interactive Brokers will only give you 2x margin instead of the 3x. So give us an idea of where you' ...more

Worth repeating

This is the 8th week of the CAD reit downtrend.  8 weeks....down every week for 8 weeks, prettyy much every day Yields have moved up 50bp to 100bp like for HR (5.15% dividend to 6.15% dividend)  ...more
