lets just say that NA trades back to its 200 day average of 99.84 x .45 is 44.92 minus a 5% arbitrage discount puts the price at $42.68 so if you buy today as an example at $41.30 and a year from now

RBC would not likely do a bid as they are busy fitting in HSBC acquisition....plus the Feds would never allow one bank like RBC to have that much control over the banking sector in Canada
