CGN will need to give the Court some reason other than they don't won't have the same representation in a PDN.  That won't fly in court.

CGN--could be trying to extend the time frame to sept.26 so that they can sell their shares---they bought for 0.80 in 2016----to get their money back--a lot of shares have gone threw lately--JMO.

@ Jolleyguy - There were some exemptions to the Russian ban but Kazakhstan supplies 40% of the world's uranium with much of it supplied to the West through the port of St. Petersburg in Russia ...more
