I'd say the market doesn't know about this company also there isn't much stock to buy just small amounts for small investors like me 2000 shares .Maybe some stock comes out above 16 $ .

Worth at least a 6 month hold could announce a special

dividend at any time, don't think they would want to sell this family diamond .Two dividends in 6 months is 16.66 % yield . Head office is on Goodfellow Street near Montreal founded in 1898 .
