This was intended to be a High yielding fund with a high leverage level, up to 70% and a high payout ratio of 90%. could not be compared to the other multfamily Reits in Canada.

Same team? Drimmer and Co. destroyed all four public-traded REIT , you may check it- two Starlight funds, TNT.UN and now NRR.un How you can trust money them?
