Drilling licences

The stock is priced for the deal failing. Look at the lack of a market response to the postponement. Only Charger needs this deal. The next AGM will be interesting.

What mgmt needs to do to have this passed I think is sweeten the deal for Pace shareholders & cut the termination payments to outgoing managment in half.
