Timing

We need to hear some news soon on regulator approvals and voting re: merger/buyout by Tweed. It was expected to close by end of August but may be delayed. It will get done but I can see a delay coming ...more

Just gave them a call- HC just inspected the the first domestic product strains yesterday and Bed should start selling in a week or two once HC gives the final ok to do so.

I know that there have been multiple harvests of the domestic marihuana but I don't remember reading a news release that HC signed off on it yet for the ok to sell. Then again perhaps Bedrocan ...more

A stockholder vote will need to happen first.  But generally these types of deals dont fall through, and the investor sentament was well recevied so its all but a gaurantee it will go ...more
