spoke with Bassam today and he said if I peruse page 24 on in management circular technically LIX could hold them to their commitment lettters but he expects deal will close next week as planned

Investor may think LIX deal will not close because NextView failed to raise the money on BCN deal but I think maybe it was done this way to focus on LIX deal wich is more valuable and important. ...more

Wouldn’t Elon Musk highly dislike the Chinese in Nevada ? I agree with ‘time for Musk to step in , he already knows approx. how the overall funding in CV will pan out unless the Asians interfere.

maybe ... maybe not... thus the "gambling" aspect. I for one bought more this AM at $2.05, this price was too good ( 25% gain inside 10 days for best case scenario).
