VRM, any deal between MOA and MOZ would be stock only. MOA shareholders would be issued a number of MOZ shares determined by the negotiated deal. IMO the only way MOA would get a 100% cash deal is if ...more

If MOZ wants to buy out MOA interest in VL what would you estimate the price to be paid by MOZ to be. I beleive that both companies know there are more oz's there than the 43-101 currently ...more

To find out something about Peter Woodward I went to the website for the Woodward Group of Companies....you can find it at https://woodwards.nf.ca/ .They have some 800 employees in these businesses.
