Baie-Saint-Paul is about 100km northeast of Quebec City and approximately 350km northeast of Montreal.

Just thinking about how by this time next year we could have three times the current market cap in cash (or more) from EVNi (up to $5M in cash or shares) and a Silicon Ridge settlement ($5 - $15M??).
