I think this should work out very well for shareholders of both companies. Major synergies will be achieved by larger scale. Currently hold WCP, have held TOG in the past. 2 good

I'm a long TOG shareholder, I don't see how our stock price doesn't drift down tomorrow based on this announcement which values TOG at 2.48/share based on today's price for WCP.

My chart is saying wcp & tog are within 1% of each other last 10 days. So $2.48 plus soon to be dividend seems fair to me.

Yep. All about gaining scale. Suspect more deals to come with the others. Watch (IMO) POU, NVA (both gas weighted). Even the micros like PPR could find a restful new home with an i3 or similar.
