From what I was told, Nordic was in penalty on their Joint Venture property in Lloyd.  Looks like a land, cash, debt, and property swap.  Nordic to get a producing well elsewhere?  ...more

How about 5 cents and higher on news.  Oil has increased in value and risky assets are going to be back in favor.  This company is worth about .25 a share based on oil ...more
