I'd think it would be different for a public company. As a director, they'd have a fiduciary duty to the shareholders, and this would seem to not be in the best interest of the company.   ...more

id say 70% of those retailers are doing similar things where insiders from one corporation has interest in other retailers and they end up getting acquired by the other...  Marijuana is a small ...more

Took a small profit at 0.20 and I am out. Way too many shares now.. 342m!! With the majority of the shares are being locked for months because of the deal, I don't see this to move beyond $0.20 ...more

no it doesn't  the value doesn't fluctuate.  It's a pretty determined ratio of WL shares to WeGrow shares. the stip was WeGrow needed to raise money to get the deal done.  ...more

yes, but its all based upon what westleaf trades at.  Westleaf wants the deal to close otherwise it will all be a bunch fees that accomplished nothng.
