Also what is important is that Mineralfields showed up on the insider report - which means they still have over 10% of the outstanding shares (or did at the date of the transaction).

Those warrants, Dwek got, are based on a past private placement. Nobody can forbid Dwek to pay CDO for receiving those warrants. pig4door is an idiot who does not get anything or who wants to fool
