this is all about who gets the cash proceeds. the voting shares get the cash first. After that the discretionary cash can be disbursed as dividends to the non-voting common and preferred

My thinking is that GBK's 25 % ownership of JIEN CANADA = CZZ's $6 + Billions dollars PGM Metals deposit, mine in process remains the same 25 % so GBK's valuation has not materially
