Thanks Sanity, you are correct. I called IR and they confirmed that the recipients are under contract to take their RSU's in cash.

It's no longer a phone play. The value is in BBM, the patent portfolio, and potential in vehicle applications. There may be good value in BB without any expectation of success in the phone
