They have to take some action on the options listed during AGM. Balance sheet is not going to heal on its own.

cut dividend in half  , use the extra  $17 million to drill  17 more wells per year     at these  high oil prices it seems crazy not to  , also might  prevent ...more

Also George Armoyan an activist investor on the board. as I posted earlier John Wright on BNN remarked that there was a lot of interest in LTS non core assets so maybe a similar situation with SGL.
