You are bang on. If Acreage achieves $450M in revenue and we get a price to earnings or sales at 4x then we get a market cap of 1.8B $20 share price easily at only 4x.

Wrong again. Acreage trades on the CSE. Notorious for low volume. The investment community is waking up to the premium available here and also that federal permissability is so close now.
