Maybe 5% of shares declared here are voting no - add 6% or so for AEM. That's 11%. I'd think EO's pals would vote no.

I emailed AZX asking what will happen to US holders of ALXDF since O3 has no US ticker. Got an email back from Walter saying he'll look into it, but haven't heard back after that.
