I believe the $75 million that Angle paid for the Stonefire assets included the assumption of the $25 million of debt. So, the total deal was $75 million not $100 million. Neither here nor there. ...more

These assets came from the take-over of stonefire energy back in 2009. Angle paid 75 million and assumed ±25 million in debt for a total of ± 100 millions. They now sold the dry gas weighted ...more

Its down 16% for the month so far. The last time it was this low was on july 23, 2012 (closing price $3.27) Hopefully its not related to the wells they are currently drilling.
