That was one person who raised the shareprice. It is a very easy thing to do when shares are tightly held. Why hasn't it gone way higher? Nothing there to stop it.

$1.4M was spent on Mexico including building a new facility. Captiva gets zero return on the monies invested and yet there are certain persons that continue to own the asset. Wonder who benefitted ...more
