Is it Legal to change the Dividend Pay Date, after its been DECLARE and Announced by the Company as the Pay Day(June 17th 2019)..???

If the SEC does not let this deal go thru, wonder if Crius will Pay the Dividends for the Months that Vistra required Crius to Stop Paying Dividends..?? anyone Know ..???

The Agreement of Purchase and Sale is filed at SEDAR. If you read the Termination section agreement you will see that the agreement can be extended all the way to Nov.6, 2019. This would be the case ...more
